Android Daily Workout Apps
Has anyone tried any of the Daily Workout Apps for Android phones? I just downloaded the free Ab and Legs workouts and wondered if anyone else had tried them. I am seriously limited on cash and have to do this as economicaly as possible. Also, how do you enter reps/sets for these?
