Everyone is different. I don't eat after 8...if I do I see a gain the next day. If I eat close to 8...I chug water directly after. Like I said, every one is different ;) good luck!

I add spinach, chayenne, pepper, a touch of garlic.

Just remember that when something says it has sugar....it has that...& probably more. Lots of different names for "hidden" sugars. I didn't realize this until I really started to look & find all the names for sugars. I personally stay away from almost all sugar, especially processed. I use Stevia as a sweetener, I stay…

So you think you need to poo? Go to health store, by some CALM. It's magnesium...it tends to relax you & help with poo. Want a skin clense? Google a detox bath & follow directions. It's relaxing...but be ready to sweat. If you aren't "regular" a good few poo's can pull you off a "plateau". Being backed up causes all sorts…

Apple

Personally I use Stevia

Peppers, spinach, asparagus, brussels sprouts, cabbage, turnips, radishes, cucumbers, squashes...I eat almost all of them
-
Nope...they are also still right where they belong ;) but I paid some good $ for them
-
If I have extra cals I'd much rather have a salad, or protein...not a candy. 100cal of say a snickers is not the same & will affect my body different than 100 of say...halibut. just cuz I could fit it into my intake...all calories are not equal ;) no...I do not eat junk

Some of your hidden sugars...even if your label says 4g...look again ;) Amasake Apple sugar Barbados sugar Bark sugar Barley malt Barley malt syrup Beet sugar Brown rice syrup Brown sugar Cane juice Cane sugar Caramelized foods Carbitol Carmel coloring Carmel sugars Concentrated fruit juice Corn sweetener…

Things to curb appetite...lemon water....water, water, water. Use seasons like cinnamon, cheyenne, curry, cumin, ginger, use Apple cider vinegar. These things are natural ways to help curb, metabolize sugar, aid in digestion

My diet consists of mostly raw & organic green veggies...high in fiber...spinach asparagus cabbage chollards etc, stawberries raspberries lemons oranges apples, lean protein like broiled chicken breast no skin, cod, flounder, halibut, tilapia, elk, (little red meat & only lean cuts every now & then) s...& usually things…

A lot of processed foods have hidden sugar. My personal opinion...it isn't always how much or little you eat...its what you eat...all calories are not created equal. Certain foods cause stalls & gains.

A lot goes into play. Getting enough rest, need to poo, stressed, drinking enough water, eating too much red meat, are you sensitive to carbs, sugars or starches, & you also have to remember that muscle weighs more than fat. Look @ the overall goal & what you've lost.

Many are that way. Perhaps next visit take a food diary...may help.

Joints no Longer hurt, no more frequency migraines, asthma is under control, blood pressure & heart rate all normal after lifelong problems. Low carb, atkins, (i actually do low fat, low carb, low starch). It isn't a diet...IT'S A LIFESTYLE CHANGE! I no longer crave all the goodies like pizza, fries, etc. &…

The headaches will pass ;) your body is just adjusting...its like stopping drugs or alcohol...your body has to detox. Good luck!

Silly question...trying to argue when really there is no argument. & there is sugar in fruit. & natural carbs in veggies. Point is...my carbs & sugars are completely gone...I could go without the melba but I use it in my salad. I don't crave it, nor do I crave candy or other foods that most ppl eat. My point is...I…

Lol...if granola & bread are so essential to health...why did our ancestors (cave men) survive (on plants & mainly meat)? We have grown dependent on them...I eat no bread, pasta, or granola. My zero starch, no sugar & carbs has left me healthy. No longer on migraine mess, no longer on LIFELONG heart meds, no longer on…

EVERYONE is different from activity level to what their body is sensitive to (sugar, starch, carbs). I don't think there is a live or die by formula to losing & maintaining...long story short to maintain & lose you must make a lifestyle change. Find what works for you. What works for me...cut starch, carbs & sugar...I eat…
-
I breast fed all 4 of mine. What are you eating? I've learned starches, sugar & carbs are evil
-
I don't eat sugar, low carbs, no starch, low fat...do-able just have to make the change in life.
-
Try a dill pickle...tends to kill cravings
-
Everything I put into my mouth gets logged...keeps me from eating what I shouldn't ;)
-
While I wouldn't eat @ midnight I don't think it really matters...sleep & rest are what matter.
-
Take a B complex. One wasn't enough for me...I take 1 in morning & again after lunch...I feel sooo much better. Carbs aren't always the answer, IMO. Every person is different...some are highly sensitive to carbs & just a little can make a person gain or lose...same with sugar, starches & fats.
-
Dbl dose b complex, one a day, fish oil, biotin
-
I think its more about WHAT you eat on your calories & what your body needs, personally. ie- 1200 calories icecream vs 1200 calories low sugar, low carb, low fat, high protein are 2 very different things & while the same calories...my body reacts very different on the 2. Just my 2cents.
-
Try an egg day...

Kind of like rollover minutes ;) I guess different things work for different ppl. I don't save mine up...I say bye o
