  • My problem is... I obsess with food whether I am countng the calories or not. When I am counting, I still obsess, but I make better choices. You will never know if it will work for you unless you try. Just take it a day at a time and see how it goes. Good Luck!
  • A baked potato is filling and only about 110 calories. If I am going to eat a potato for lunch, I try to make sure my breakfast and dinner have only a few carbs.

  • Hang in there. Think about the 9lbs that are gone and feed off of that! When I feel the same way, I do something special for myself that day that will make me feel pumped about working out the next day i.e. buy a new album to listen to while walking or go out to lunch or something like that! You will be fine!!!

  • I am a sweet person too!!! I buy the weight watcher ice cream bars. They are sweet enough to satisfy my sweet needs and big enough that one is enough. Most of them are between100-160 calories a bar!

  • I would track, just to keep an eye on what damage control you are going to have to do when you get home, but I would still let yourself enjoy the trip. If you want dessert, eat it. If you want an extra drink, drink it. Enjoy

  • I agree. I find myself excited to even go grocery shopping. It is such a different life for me. I walk passed the cookies and cakes and right for the healthy foods! I know if I make bad choices I am going to have to log it in to my diary and see such HIGH numbers. That in itself helps me!!!
