Great to know we're not alone on here! I got diagnosed officially about 6 years ago, but had strong suspicions before that appointment as my best friend has been diagnosed since puberty and we often talked about it. We went through a year of fertility treatment to no avail, but we are back to trying again, hoping for IVF…

Feeling the burn ladies. Tomorrow is day 5 (if you started on the first of course) Let's keep on going and break through the first week nice and strong!!! I know we can keep it up! Next rest day for me will be on Wednesday and I'm still so excited that you all have joined in, especially since I'm a noob here. It's been…

Oh I've not seen that one, will have to have a look for it, sounds great!!

That's an awsome work out! I wish my calorie burn was that high *L* are you using an HRM or are you going by what's on the screen? I did day 4 today for 21.37 mins burning 151.3 cals on medium and to get it up to at least 30 minutes (and feeling a bit guilty about yesterday *L*) I created a workout for 20.3 minutes and…

Time goes so fast honestly, I surprise myself everytime I think of how long we've been over here *L* Hope you're enjoying it!!

Well done guys!! The motivation is great! I've had a bit of a naughty meal day, but still under daily calories so far and it's my rest day. Back to it tomorrow!!
-
You guys are doing a great job!!! Keep it up! Today is my rest day and I feel ya Ktbell, sooo sore today, but I'm thinking of doing a premade workout later today.....as long as I losen up a bit after some retail therapy this afternoon *L* Great job ladies!!
-
Welcom to the group and well done on your work so far. I've done the first two days and it's listed my rest day as tomorrow so I don't think you'll be far behind at all! Keep us posted x

Hi and welcome to the group! Well done on day one!!
-
No worries, well done on the gardening! (I'm a slouch for doing that sort of stuff *L*) Keep up the good work guys! Today I did 26.52 mins on the challenge part burning 216 cals and then added another 4:20 for 35.5 cals Then I had to some housework anyway (blaach) *L* Feeling good!

Well done KtBell!! Looking forward to today's workout!! Come on ladies :)

First of the 30 Day challenge done for me. I found that the 1st day wasn't quite 30 minutes so I created an additional ten minutes of cardio (mostly dance, boxing and sport because it's fun *L) The challange workout was 20 min 15 sec with 166 calories burned and the additonal one was 10 min 07 sec with 70 cals burned!…

Excellent, this is shaping up so well. I'm heading off of here in a few minutes to get my first day in!! Good luck!

If you can get the low-fat or low cal sour cream in the States it's pretty much the same as creme fraiche....I'm from the US but in the UK, the only difference is that sour cream is a bit thicker. :) Hope that helps!

Congratulations! What an achievement! I was in the same boat...size 13 and then to 12 misses...sadly those days seem ages ago, but you've definitely shown us it can be done! Awsome!
-
Thank you! I do tend to concentrate too much on the end goal so I'll definitely try to set the mini goals. I think it's one (of the many *L*) pitfalls I've been setting up for myself. Cheers :)

New as well. I'm trying to use slim fast just to give me a kick start as I've got a wedding to go to in a couple weeks. If you've already got the sports active a few of us started the 30 day challenge today, there's a post over in the fitness section! Good luck!!

Hi and welcome from another one in the UK (East Mids) :) I'm horrible on the exercise front, but I've found the Wii sports active is good, or if you've got Sky on fitnesstv there are 20-30 minute workouts that change everyday...I get bored easily *L* Hope you find the motivation and support you're looking for!

Hi and welcome. I'm new here and in the East Midlands. It's only been a couple days so I'm definitely still really motivated, but having a big browse around, it looks like a great place for advice and motivation, hope you find it too!!

Good morning ladies! Let's kick it off with a great workout today! :)
-
Sounds great guys! Can't wait to get started!! I just did my first jump on the scales today so I'm starting at 220. There are two rest days built into the programme and I believe it does work around your schedule: i.e. if you want to workout on a rest day go ahead, it will move your day off to the next day and so on. I'm…

Great guys, what info would you all like to post here, I'll go with the majority? I know on the Sports Active it tells you the approximate calories burned in what time it took each day, but there's a whole goal calander with it. Or would you all like to put start weight, daily routine and then finish weight?

Thanks for the help and the suggestions. I am going to try my best to cut out the fizzy drinks (diet or not *L*) for as long as I can and spread out my consumption a bit. I do like the idea of having a glass of water before each meal. Thanks again :)
-
Well done you! The hard level does what it says on the tin for sure *L* Glad to have a partner. I'm gearing up for it to start tomorrow, but I'm sneaking in a zumba class tonight just to see what it's like. Does the personal trainer have a keep track system like the sports?
-
Familygirl that's amazing, especially working where you do! We've been in England for 6 years now and my hubby so misses the breakfast there....he always got the one that took up the whole table *L* Thank you for setting such a brilliant example!!
-
Thanks for all the encouragement! It feels good to not be doing this alone. The hubby works away during the week and I sadly lack in the motivation department *L* Chickadee - I know where you're coming from. We went through a year of fertility drugs a while ago now, but we've started talking IVF and that is the biggest…
