  • I understand that for sure. I think the above advice is good, don't get too caught up on the numbers (if you can help it), but when you're ready, perhaps think about reasons that you may self-sabatoge. Good luck!

  • Started week 2 today, and the max is still at 11, but I have noticed that my form is getting better so I think that it's definitely helping. I never realised how much you use your abs for stability *L*

  • Phew Week1 Day2 was a bit harder than day 1 *L* 6, 8, 6, 6, [8] I could not make my arms do more than 8 on the last one.
  • Sorry for the double post guys, not sure how that happened! Today I started the 100 push up challenge and then headed over to the Wii system: 24.6 mins = 175.9 cals plus 9.4 mins = 75.6 cals Hope you ladies are having a fab week!!
