I have a home gym as well but nothing really to post. It isn't decorated...it is just to workout in. Tv, DVD, treadmill, weight bench, my road bike on a trainer and my trx system on a hook in the wall. Some shelves to hold my workout DVDs and that's it.

I have a garmin 405cx with the bike cadence unit and a foot pot for running. I love being able to track distance and calories burned....so helpful for this site and weight loss.

I have completed p90x three times but I have to do it on silent because I think tony Horton is one of the most annoying individuals I have ever come across. It definitely works though but in this case silence is golden.

This is exactly what I would say too! It always makes me laugh when people say it is muscle! Keep at it and make sure you take a rest day for muscle repair.

Wow great that you are planning ahead. I usually make up a huge salad and cook extra protein and that is what I have on the fly. I'm not big on processed food because of so many additives and high sodium.

Do you trust him to babysit? Put him to work and take the time for yourself! Suggest he start cooking and cleaning too. It isn't easy having someone in your space but don't allow this to keep you from what you want and need. Good luck.

You can do this girl! Remember you are strong! All excellent tips above....especially lower sodium. My body just can't seem to deal with excess sodium. It is evil for me. Good luck....stay positive and know you can get over any obstacle.

I am in Canada and got my night guard here. I clench very badly. If you can't afford one...I wonder if just a hockey mouth guard would word. Talk to a pharmacist at the drug store and see if they can help. As well, open your mouth slightly and then massage the sore area while slightly opening and closing your mouth. Best…

I have to agree! Curvy is beautiful, slim is beautiful.....obese is unhealthy. This does not mean you are nt beautiful or should be judged. It means you are unhealthy. We are all on MFP for hopefully the right reasons....to find the best possible health for ourselves!
