That is awesome. I started this on Tuesday but so far my weight is still up. I am the same height as you but ugh....I am at 138 lbs...I wish it was 125! I was down to 131.8 but it is up to 138 right now. Looking forward to some loss!

I dont have a before pic but my profile pic is my after. I cut out wheat and gluten....so did my husband. We both totally had wheat belly and now....not so much!

Lowering your caloric intake will only cause your body to revolt further. I am 43 and upped my calories to my TDEE minus 15% in order to lose weight. Our bodies need fuel. We have to eat higher than our BMR to properly fuel.

Ugh.....NO! You absolutely have to eat and nourish your body. This issue has been beaten to a pulp on here. If you are not eating your exercise calories back then you are consistently taking in way way way less than your BMR. Please figure out your BMR and TDEE and up your calories. Oh my gosh all of this information is so outdated. Please please please people stop starving your bodies. Figure out your BMR and TDEE and go from there. See the group Eat more to weight less. For the love of all that is good....feed your body, get your metabolism back where it should be and you will get past your plateau!

Healthier choice does not = clean! The chicken and all meat is processed and full of junk....not possible to eat unprocessed there unless it is a lettuce salad no dressing.

While the shakes might be tasty...this is not something that can be maintained for a lifetime....IMO anyway! I just feel that eating healthy and making wise choices are the way to long lasting lifetime results.
