I purposely only use the wii fit and not the scale because I was afraid if I get different weights off both I would be confused at least I know if I have lose 2lb with the wii fit then I have lost 2lb If my weight is right or not I'll have lost that weight at least lol

I'm on the side of if you want it that bad and you have calories left for a whole one then break it in two and have half.. My weightloss journey has been full of temtation and if I can't bring my self to say NO I say yes and split it with a friend or whoever is with me.

Salad dressing you could try vinegarette The sainsburys version has almost no cals in what so ever and is rather tasty! I am a mayonaise and salad cream lover and when i started most of my cals were going on the dressing but i find the french vinegarette to do just as well at making the salad more tasty

So far I have been only using the Wii fit i have been doing workouts every other day on the programmed routines at 3 per section. Along with healthy eating I have lost 14lb in 6 weeks. I think its working for me but I no longer get tired so I have been and brought the biggest loser game and that really does work me out.
