  • Hi.. I am fairly new to Turbo Jam. I've been doing the 20 minute workout. Does anyone have any idea how many calories this may burn. Should I just put it under "aerobics/high impact?" This is what I've been doing but wasn't sure if 177 calories was enough for this intense workout. ANy ideas?
