u can take some raw veggies, like broccoli/carrots/cucumbers. sprinkle with cumin and lemon juice. and i always make ahead, chicken nuggets w/o breading but marinaded.. i like tandoori style chicken marinade. and eat that with the veggies.. on the go. easy. indian style.

lately i have been having a bagel thin, with 1 wedge laughing cow veggie cream cheese spread on both halves, and a sliced egg on top, if i'm really hungry i slice two eggs. i hard boil about 6 eggs at a time and keep them in fridge. I take this breakfast to work and put it together.

IMO. Salmon is not so much "fishy" but more "salmony" its definitely a specific flavor and smell. It really needs to be seasoned well for me to like it. Otherwise, not so much... its very salmony. this is my workout at home. 30 day shred- jillian michaels (only 20 minutes, all you need are weights and maybe a mat if you have hardwood) I just use 2 5-lb weights. after the 30DS I plan to get her other 30minute dvd's alot of ppl recommend. update! i worked out. woop! 30 min on tread w/ incline half way and running in a few spurts. 30 min circuit weights. and a 6 inch sub that was only 310 cals from subway!

i took some realllllly fugly fat pics of me and made collages w/ ATTACK THE FAT at the top... and printed a few out.. carry one around in my purse, hang one up on the fridge... it helps.

it was good while i was scarfing it down, but immediately after i felt it was sodium overload and could feel a greasy film in my mouth.. YUK!!!!!!!!!

i ate like a heffalump yesterday and feel bad. i'm scared about going on vacation in a few weeks to florida. i have a hard time at restaurants sticking within goal.. and i know i'll be at a restaurant most of the time in florida! (SNIFF SNIFF) lol
