i guess my wording didn't accurately represent the thought in my head. i should have said that there is not a chance in the world that we ALL are going to agree on any one way to do things and that attacking each other and saying that anyone is wrong or right is kind of a moot argument. in no way did i mean to say that no…

i think throughout all of this we kind of lost the point of why we all ended up here. at the end of the day it's not about who is right or who is wrong in this situation because no one is ever going to agree because of differing experiences. the point of this post was never for everyone to argue about who is right or to…

i do a few things with weights here and there and take spinning classes and do some ellipticalling also, but for the most part i stick to running every other day and these are the results that i've had, along with eating well.

not speaking for everyone who posted but for the most part i don't think that anyone who has said anything negative toward the 1200 calorie regime are being negative toward the people who decided it worked for them. if anything i think they are merely stating that it didnt work for them, either immediately or in the long…

i really dont see how anyone could look at your profile on here and think that you're going about it wrong based on your pictures...just saying.

looking good!...so jealous of the tan!...and i think i have those same shorts/pants lol
-
i'm sorry, but its in my humble opinion that if your asking for advice on whether to eat 1200 calories or not you should be looking for advice and stories from both ends of the spectrum. you can hear all you want that something is the right decision and never hear opposition telling you otherwise and possibly make a…

This, as well as everything SerenaFisher has said. Don't get me wrong, when i started i stuck strictly to 1200 cals and dropped from 150 to 130 over the course of last summer easily. And yeah, during that time i would have argued with anyone that i was doing things the right way, i was full of energy and life, and that i…

why is this considered a necessity? i'm around 5'6 or 5'7 (unless that is now considered short, i always thought i was rather average height for a female) i easily wear zeros and double zeros at nearly every store and weigh around 120 lbs depending on how bloated i am any given day. and im not anorexic or denying myself…

how closely did you follow the diet plan listed for the program? im just curious because I've looked at it and thought about starting the weight training portion and sticking to the diet i eat already (i get a decent amount of protein and stuff already daily) but didn't know if that factored into your results.

Haha this right here makes me like you. Maybe it's just because I go I the gym on my schools campus, but everytime I am there I see all these girls dolled up in makeup with their hair down and straightened and their super cute matching tank/pant/shoe combo barely breaking a sweat, meanwhile I'm in baggy tees, shorts, no…

This. I started training for a half marathon at the beginning of this year. For the first half of January things were great, I was running better than ever (I've always kept up with a bit of light running, 2 or 3 miles a day) but as I amped up my training schedule and started picking up mileage I ended up with ridiculous…
