Yowza! You a cutie. Way to go!!

Awww, YAY! That must feel great. I'm glad!

You look hot! I've been doing lifting a lot too. I LOVE it!

Oh okay. I guess I was wondering if your body fat percentage is 24% (healthy range), but you weigh 170-ish pounds, if you are considered healthy? I mean technically, you should weight lower than that. I guess I'm wondering: is body fat percentage more important that how many pounds you weigh? I guess it is, but I'm…

I'm in! Been slacking for a few weeks. Would LOVE to see me at my first goal weight by Christmas (6 pounds to go!). This challenge may be the answer :)

I know there's a lot of replies, but try reading "Women are from Mars, Men are from Venus". It's good. It tells you how men act. I wish I would have read it before my last boyfriend (although now I hate him so it's OK). Anyway, my ex boyfriend started getting distant to me and I should have just let it go and not bothered…

Haha, nice quote! Thanks!

Well, I just read this article about the differences: http://www.wisegeek.com/what-is-the-difference-between-fat-and-flab.htm When I get in plank position, my belly hangs down like it's loose skin and I thought loose skin would be considered flab.

Yup, I'm right there with you. I read the Smarter Science of Slim, Eat to Live, The Skinny *****, The Skinny Rules, and New Rules for Lifting for Women and they all have generally around the same idea: eat clean, but... The Skinny ***** says to avoid meat and dairy, while New Rules says to eat meat and dairy while Eat to…

Me too! I find if I don't tell people what I'm doing, then I'm going to stick with it. Weird, huh?

Interesting... I stopped counting my calories a few weeks ago. Your comment is making me think twice about letting it go. You see, I really don't want to have to count calories for the rest of my life, but I don't want to gain it back. Does anybody have any experience with stopping counting their calories and not gaining…

THIS gives me motivation!

Thanks for the ideas guys! My mind and printer are going crazy with all these ideas! Yay!

Yum! Looks tasty and quick to make. Thank you!

Thank you! I forgot about Triathlon.
-
That's true. Forgot about those!
-
I love the way you posted this like it's a story. Great job by the way!

It's true, it does get easier because your body adapts to your workouts. It's up to you to keep pushing yourself to make it more challenging!

I agree. Without music, it is SO boring. I just took a look at those headphones. They do look much more secure than what I'm using. It's cool that you can just snap them on your shirt and all around to really secure them. Thank you for the feedback!

Wow, that's neat. That's a good idea! Thank you!
-
Thank you for this! I just tried it. I put the cord around my back under my bra and it made it much more comfortable. :)
-
That's sad :( I'm sorry you have to go through that...

LOL

Last week I did Week 5, Day 3 too! I was surprised at how easy it was!
-
Is this a joke? Cause these are my weakness. :(
-
This has happened to me too!! When I'm lying down in my bed, I have to keep adjusting myself until I get comfy, cause YES, I had a lot of cushion around my waist.

I guess what I was after was... If you could rate all the work outs from beginner to advanced, how would you do it? Insanity, to me, seems like a program you would do when you're at the tip of your fitness level. I know that some people have started it out right off the couch, but... I still would like to know. For me, the…
