That's really strange. You know, so many times, I thought of going up to a larger person and giving them a hug! But I'm afraid I would offend them. I'd be proud to be in the gym, as a larger person. It says, "I know I'm big, but I'm here to do something about it, unlike all the other people in the world."

Just finished Week 3 today! Weeks 1 - 3 have been really easy so far (unless you're a complete beginner). Next week doesn't look hard, just 5 minutes. What I'm really stressing on is running 20 minutes without stopping. But I'll trust in the app to take me there!

Well, I'm not sure if you have the money for it, but ChaLEAN Extreme has a bunch of her workouts in that time range, plus Turbo Fire has a few goodies. The Biggest Loser workout boot camp is... I think 30 minutes. It'll make you sweat!

I really LOVE seeing a gym that's crowded. No joke. I work out alone 3 days a week and I enjoy the amount of people in it. I feel like... we're all together for the same purpose. It came to a point where I felt uncomfortable in my own skin. Simply sitting down was unpleasant with all the flab hanging out. Girdles weren't even doing the trick!

I can't say I've completed Chalean yet, but I finished week 1. I'm doing pretty much what you're doing! And I feel it all over. I suppose if we feel it, we must be doing something right!

Oooh okay. I bought another HRM a year ago and it stopped working so I bought this one, but this one cost me $136 figuring I wouldn't have to buy a new one again! Maybe I should have washed it more, but I still thought that an expensive one wouldn't do this...

I washed mine earlier in the week, and that same day it was air drying, I tried it and it stopped working in the middle. I'm going to try it again tonight, but I don't know. If it doesn't work tonight, is it a good idea to ask for a refund or something from the manufacturer?

Well actually I'm not having troubles with the scale, yet. I guess I'm just wondering what's something to work towards this month. Although I think I figured it out: to follow Bob Harper's Skinny Rules and get down to 185. Hope those are good :)

Two photoshoot sessions: one when I reach my goal weight and the second when I get abs. :) That way, when I'm in my 40's or a grandma, I can say "I looked like that when I was young!"
