Thanks for the info. I work out at home right now, but plan on going to the gym in the future. I'm kind of shy, so the idea of working out around others is a little intimidating, and being one of the few girls there will feel weird.

I just starting taking it on Monday, I've been pretty bloated ever since, drinking more water helps. I wish I would have asked people who take it what brand I should take, because some people told me certain brands don't cause bloating.

I'd like to have more people on my friends list that lift too
