I lost some weight and am now at 117lbs, time to put on that muscle. I have a naturally high metabolism(when I'm active) and not much of an appetite. I'm finding it hard to get the calories I need, but am managing.
Hi, I'm new. I've always had a fast metabolism, but ever since I dropped out of college about 4 years ago, I've been depressed and non-active. I did get back in shape a few times over that time, but I never made it stick. I'm looking for friends to help me get through this and vise versa.
