Are you from space or something? Or is Marmite just very obscurely British?
-
Could the "hottie" perhaps be more polar, like Marmite, where the average-looking lass is more universally appreciated, like bacon?
-
No, not really. It'd be too low for my own preference, but yeah. It's fine.

About time.

If you don't enjoy breakfast, don't have it.

Milk before bed is great. The boost to IGF before you hit the sack can only be beneficial to GH/test production and muscle repair and growth. There's sugar in milk, but there's also sugar in fruit so unless fruit is evil too, I don't see the logic. Also, for the delusional; all mammals will drink milk if given the…

Your 13% is an incredibly random figure. I'm cutting on 2500 calories a day, and 1g/lb LBM (so less than if I did total weight). As such, I'm consuming about 200g of protein a day - 800 calories, or 32%.

May I ask what his heart condition is? I have a heart murmur, so curious if there's anything I can suggest.

I train 4 days a week, and there's no guilt in the off days because that's what my programming dictates I do.

I wish I could do it without feeling like my arm is going to drop off.

Hammer curls, tricep extensions, front lateral raise, side lateral raise, wrist curls. 3 sets each, 8-12 reps.

I was 4. This thread is full of old people.

They'll get worn out and go for a nap soon

I heard you like mudkips.

If I know I'm going out for dinner, or ordering in fish and chips that day, I'll just eat light for the rest of the day. It's really not that bad. Anyway, for you to undo 80lbs of fatloss, you're gonna need a surplus of 280,000 calories in a week. I mean, sometimes I eat a lot, but there's no way I can get 40k calories…

FWIW, I've tried Animal products, but I couldn't tell you if they work because they're so brutal that I spend the rest of the day puking my life away if I take one.

Don't need to avoid anything except overeating.

Start in 2nd. Works better when traction is at a minimum.

As to the UK - we have a major problem in that our road network was developed at a time when large volumes of traffic simply didn't exist, so except for modernisation programmes and wide open spaces, there really isn't room for cycle lanes without moving people's houses - hell, a lot of places there's only room for one car…

Some variation of a barbell hip thrust should be possible most places, so I'd recommend improvising that if you wanna work glutes. As for me, I sometimes sit the wrong way around on the pec deck to work rear delts, but that's about it.

Initially, health and wellbeing. That improved in the first 6-12 months whereafter I shifted my focus more heavily to strength. Now, I'm phasing more toward physique, while still doing a lot of work for strength.

This has to be the most American thread I've seen in a long time. Here in the UK we'll probably just call you a rhymes-with-punt and be on our way, but I'm seeing people threatening to shoot and run eachother over for driving offences. Although with the narrow roads here they can be frustrating sometimes, the escalation to…

There are literally 2 answers in that entire thing that are applicable to me.

The biggest contributor to weight gain was drinking 4-5 500ml bottles of Dr. Pepper every day. I don't know that it was the worst "thing" so much as the worst habit, seeing as there's nothing inherently wrong with drinking it.

Because being strong and fit is fun, and being a fat *kitten* isn't.

I had cereal for breakfast and bacon for dinner, so I am flexitarian, right?

If you're exercising purely to burn calories, you're exercising for the wrong reason. Massively increasing your deficit beyond what MFP already calculates is unnecessary, and will just hurt your recovery times and energy levels.

Clean is a lift - a movement from Olympic lifting that attempts to transfer the weight from the floor to chest height. There's a standard clean, which involves dropping more under the bar (more advanced) and the power clean, where you catch the bar higher but it is less technical Clean : http://youtu.be/60D_lTybHQk Power…
