Improving Deadlift Lockout
I'm stuck at 440lbs on my deadlift at the moment because of the lockout. I can bring anything up to 500lbs off the ground to my knee, but I get stuck there. Aside from heavy rack pulls, what other accessory work do you suggest to improve the lockout?

Stalled on Bench

Stiff Leg Deads

I've lost 0lbs!
According to the scale anyway. I lift heavy three times a week and with the weights I work at, my results are completely masked by glycogen and water retention. Do I care? Not really. I can see in the mirror every morning that what I'm doing is working.
