I've lost 0lbs! (again)

According to the scale, I've lost exactly nothing. Why? Heavy weight training, and a low deficit; following a body recomposition plan that sees me maintaining, and even building a little lean mass, whilst the fat slowly melts away. I didn't track my food for all of August either, so the progress slowed a little.
Goes to show how little the number on the scale actually means.

it's hard not to live and die by the scale....i jump on the scale every morning. sets my mood for the whole day, good or bad. i can't help it i guess i should throw it out the window0
