If iTunes is anything to go by, I'm not missing anything. God that software is awful

*Awaits 1200 calories-a-day-brigade rage* Good explanation :) Perhaps include links to some calculators for people to find their correct BMRs and TDEEs. I recommend http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/

Women working out hard = hot. Women working out at an intensity dictated by their makeup = not hot.

I'm pretty sure he does. If what he's doing is working, why must you pick holes in it? There's a whole psychological side to this you don't seem to account for, and the value of energy on demand during a workout cannot be underestimated.

I like this. Most of the people in the gym, full stop, are decent people.

With your age, height and weight accounted for I calculated a BMR of 1302, with your sedentary calories being 1562. That doesn't account for your exercise, so if you you use that number as a base, eat back your exercise calories.

Bacon. Fry it in spiced rum (Sailor Jerry or Morgan's Spiced). Absolutely ****ing delicious.

For me, the love of it comes from seeing myself progress - lifting a little bit more each time keeps me driven. I'm a naturally competitive person and will compete with myself as it were, if there's nobody else.

Relax. There's one key factor you need to remember. The big secret... You're human - you make mistakes. Honestly, stressing doesn't help you at all. Make a mistake. Note it. Fix it. Move on with your day. That's it. If you really struggle with feeling restricted, look into a cheat day or meal once a week to eat whatever…

Men are simple creatures. Criticising someone for ciriticising someone and then criticising a group of people. Only a woman could understand the logic.

My MIL(to be) is genuinely nice. That she approves of me may bias that view.

Hypocritical much?

Sigh. Meat is more nutritionally dense, and a far superior source of protein, BCAAs, iron and lots of other nutrients I need. Soy products I avoid like the plague - they can wreak havoc on a male hormonal system. The amount of plant matter I would need to eat is absurd. I'll just enjoy my steak, and you can sleep easy…
-
I'd never get enough nutrition from plant matter alone. A vegetarian diet is out of the question for some of us, as well. Anyway, I was under the impression our closest ancestors were primarily frugivores, with limited supply of meat, fish and vegetables. I tried Paleolithic eating for a while, and although I did feel fine…

Was about to say that - but besides that, I agree. I've always found fair skin faaaaaaar more attractive, and the paler the better in my opinion.

22 and I did all that except steal music and wait all week for cartoons :P

Braaaaaaaaaains. Tea or Coffee?

Honestly, 1 or 2. I've never really liked the fuller look on men or women.

Other than straining my shoulder once, nothing much to tell. That looks painful - make sure to keep it very clean; should probably have it looked at.

Because it's often not the truth when it's called out, but instead an attempt of someone to bring down someone's success because they believe it to be beyond their reach. When it's clear and can be evidentially proven, fine, but someone with a physique in the top 10% percentile of the world isn't necessarily computer…

When I leave the weight room, one of three things is true; - Walking to the car park is slow, staggered and very, very painful. - Lifting my arms to drive my car is very, very painful. - Trying to stand up once I've driven home is very, very painful.
