I started out weighing everyday, but, now, I weigh weekly. Weighing weekly has really made me focus on my routine vesus what the scale says. You do work, then get a paycheck

1. Work through and finish phase 2 of my routine 2. To reach 232 lbs by the end of the month 3. Start Phase 3 with maximum effort and intesity 4. Be able to up my interval intesity and time to 5 intervals at 25 minutes. 5. To step on the scale only twice (I'm a chronic weigher. Best results come when I stay off the scale)

I didn't start consistantly losing again until I started eating AT LEAST 2500 calories a day. My TDEE is 3500 and I figure I need to eat at least 2500 to keep losing. Anything less just isn't going to do it. At -20%, my TDEE is 2700. With my activity level, I often have to eat over 3000 calories a day. Still, with a cheat…

Go here and calculate your TDEE. That'll give you an idea of how much you should be eating each day to "maintain." To lose weight, simply stay under that total. I say simply with tounge in cheek. Looks like you may be under eating in two different ways. #1, you are having too few calories most days. Based on your height and weight your TDEE is about 2000 calories a day. I look for a large free weights area. If they don't have a lot of free weights, I'm out. Also, if you walk around on a tour and see a lot of signs saying "out of order," you should pass... Bolt is much more impressive. I watched the 200m final last night and 4 strides out of the gate I knew he won. He was just flat gone. Also, Bolt has never came in second in the Olympics (or has he?). Either way, the guy must makes it look easy... Vote for Bolt

I get a lower number for the most part from my HRM. Truth is, neither is 100% accurate. The HRM is going to give you a better idea of where you're at.
