I workout at home, so I'm up at 5 AM, and usually done by 6 AM and out of the house by 7:30ish

I've been eating 1600-1900 a day, and finally started losing weight (it took me a minute to catch on lol). I work out 6 days a week (HIIT, 3 mile walks, and strength training). Feel free to add me :-)

^^^ This is exactly what I do :-). On the days I workout I try to eat between around 1950-2000 cals (depending on how much I burn), on the days I don't I try to stick to 1450

I snack on almonds with raisins, fruit, some protein peanut butter cookies (homemade), every now and then Tostitos with hummus, dark chocolate chips and natural peanut butter (nom nom nom)

I walked a 5K because of an injury. Lots of people walk 5Ks....it doesn't make you any less of an athlete :-). I plan on walking another one in September (if my injury is better I will wog it lol)

Hi!!! 36 year old mother of one here!! Please feel free to add me. I am trying to focus more on fat loss than weight loss because it seems that's the way my body wants to go lol (if the weight comes off too, that would be an awesome!!).....oh and I currently fluctuate between 200 and 203ish
