I start my workouts at 5 AM during the week, and 6:30 AM on the weekends: M, W, F: 20-30 min weights and 20 minutes treadmill or Zumba T, Th, Sat: 20-30 min HIIT and 20 minutes treadmill or Zumba Sun: REST or 15 min Yoga

I'm on Depo, and I have lost weight on it. I gained the weight back because of my crappy eating habits. I have heard that one of the side effects is increased appetite, but I just adjusted :-)

I am natural, and I sweat a lot!!! And continue to sweat for up to an hour after my workout depending on what I do. I usually tie my hair down with a scarf that I found at Walmart that is supposed to help absorb the sweat . I'm on Depo now, and have been for 9 years. I have gained and lost weight on depo, and I haven't really been consistent with the every 3 months thing (not doing anything means not having to worry....I know TMI). Haven't had any side effects, and I take a calcium supplement daily anyway :-)

I'm 5'4" and 202 lbs. I wear a size 12/14 (US) and in some 8s or 10s depending on the designer. Like many here have already said, it depends on your body shape :-)

I weigh 202, and I am a US 12-14 in pants, and M-L in tops. I am 5'4". My goal weight would be about 165ish I guess. It depends on how my body shapes up. Anything below 160 makes me look like I haven't eaten in months lol.

I use Body Fortress Vanilla Whey Protein. I usually mix it with some natural peanut butter, vanilla almond milk, and cocoa powder for an awesome dessert alternative.
