^^^ this....didn't realize this and was wondering why I wasn't dropping any weight. I was only netting 600 or lower cals a day. But at the end of the day, do what works for you...some people do, some people don't :-)

I love the Vanilla Almond Milk. I used to drink Soy, but then my body started having issues with the soy, so I made the switch over to almond milk :-)

Strength Training is in the exercise database, so you can log it under there to get your calories counted :-)

I too have a pretty bad sweet tooth *sigh*.....I try to fend it off by eating fruit or some protein. Worst case scenario, I have a small bite of what I'm craving or have some dark chocolate chips with almonds. Also a baked sweet potato with cinnamon and splenda usually do the trick too :-)

Hi!!! And welcome to MFP! I am in my second round of Insanity. Two important things that I have learned....take a break when you need to take a break...it's ok AND modify the moves if you need to. I have a bad foot and knee due to old injuries, so there were some things that I had to modify not to aggravate things. Enjoy…

I'm a morning person...always have been. Up at 5 AM to get the workout in, and I am off and running for the rest of the day. I don't crash until about 9:30/10 PM

I also live by DVDs and working out at home. I have 9 more days of Insanity and I love it!!!!! I plan on doing a second round, then moving on to Turbofire (maybe).

*raises hand* I eat it every morning for breakfast with some fruit or a boiled egg for added protein. I like switching the jelly with strawberry preserves sometimes :-)

I'm on 1500 cals a day, and I struggle to hit 1200 sometimes. I eat 3 meals a day plus snacks, and I hate to eat when I'm not hungry just to hit the 1200 cal mark :-/

^^^^ This is what I am doing...I burn around between 600-900 cals depending on the workout in Month 2. Month 1 I burned between 400-600 cals.

My ratio is 0.74 (31.5 waist and 42.5 hips), and it says I'm low risk (Yay!!!!!!). Pics are in my profile, but I will be uploading a more recent one soon :-)

I am 35 living in Miami, FL. I was 26 when I had my son, had just graduated with my MS and landed a job. Would love to have another one before I turn 40, but it seems like I have a better chance of having a furry child lol (a cat or dog, most likely a dog)

I love almond milk!!! Couldn't process lactaid or soy milk, so it is a staple for me. I can only do frozen yogurt and ice creams that aren't too creamy (ColdStone is a big no no lol). Cheese is ok in limitation. I'm good with chocolate as well.
