I don't see why it would hurt. Like Chalene said in a previous ustream video that is what the beachbody programs are made to do. So you can make them work for you. I say if you like extreme do the hybrid. :)

You will be fine! I have done two rounds of it so far. I love it and I still have 40+ pounds to lose. You will be fine! :) I did blog about my experience. message me if you have any questions. I love that program. I had to change from it for awhile. After six months of it I started to plateau.

I am almost done with my second round of CLX. and I honestly think the difference with the shred and clx is the form. Honestly Jillian doesnt go over form really well and keep on it. I personally had to stop because of my ankle starting to hurt. I think you would be really happy with CLX as a choice. I have learned a lot…

Yeah I understand, I followed along to other parts to figure out calories and then to lose weight.

According to this I am at 1,035 calories under my maintenence calories. With the equation to lose a pound a week I should have 2,155 calories where MFP says 1,620. Anyone have this same issue?

Ahhh I do not miss the days of working their. I worked in Electrical. Just to warn you while working there you will blow out shoes in no time. And also just mark your life as active.

When I would get them bad I would take a bath in epsom salt and just let them soak. Not a solution but an aid.

If you ever get wax on your skin take baby oil or any type of oil. Even vegtable oil works too. LOL

Awww thanks guys!! I really appreciate it! I will have to keep this thread book marked and come back to it before I dare to expose myself. LOL Plus it is a good motivator to make it stretch a little less with my workouts!
