I just completed day 4. Yesterday was more difficult for me, today I feel like my endurance is picking up. My abs aren't really "feeling the burn" so I'm thinking I'll do a little additional ab work on my own. My calves, on the other hand, yeeouch! Very sore!

I'm on day 4 and I definitely feel myself gaining endurance. It's not easy but it's getting easier. I was doing some yoga and working out a little on my own for about 2 weeks prior to starting the Shred again and my butt has really lifted and I can see a difference in my arms and thighs and even my lower tummy. Keep going…

Day 2 of Level 1 done yesterday! Today is my down day but I'm still doing yoga and I may run. :)

Day 1 down! I was tired right after but it's been several hours and I'm thinking I can get a little more ab work in before bed. It was TIRING and I half-thought about giving up before it was over but I did it! Are we going to have a place to post our stats and pictures?

This is my second time doing the Shred. The first time I made it 9 days and quit. I WON'T be doing that again! I started Level 1 today and it pretty much kicked my butt. I am super proud I stuck it out though!
