If I even gain a few pounds I can tell bc the side/back rolls under my bra strap show up again! I am hour-glass and have a small waist so I guess the weight gain there is very noticeable. Once I lose the 5-7 pounds the roll goes away...so weird.

also, to those who are still trying to stop drinking soda, I just want to say that I noticed that the less I drank it, the less I craved it! I hardly ever have a craving for soda anymore (if I do, I might have a diet coke out to eat or something, we never have it at home). :smile:
