My current favorite is Yoplait Light 100 cal yogurt with 1/3 cup of Kashi Go Lean Crunch granola cereal (honey almond flax flavor). This totals to about 170 cals. If this isn't filling enough add some wheat toast or some egg whites (with lots of hot sauce for me ;] )

Thanks guys! I do have another back up dress bc the white thing is a bit scary! It will be the very end of the TOM though so I am hoping it will be okay :) I am interested in these cleanses bc this is something I deal with every month to the point where I look 6 months pregnant and I have never found anything that helps.…

I am having the same issue as well. I eat 3 egg whites for breakfast and often times I eat tuna for lunch. This alone jacks my protein count up pretty high so when I eat dinner (usually chicken or ground turkey) I always go over.
