eat a quick lunch and walk on your lunch break. i too have a desk job. i try and bring a weight watcher "smart ones" a couple days a week. then you can have a mid afternoon snack to hold you over. the worst is when people bring in donuts! best of luck.

swimming (as mentioned above). what about bike riding? i tore my ACL last year and i rode a stationary bike to burn calories. my Physical therapist recommend that. Crunches and core work can also be a good calorie burn. get a 20-25 minute routine and you can burn upwards of 250 calories.

i have done it a couple of times in the past. you will get results. it's a great workout. take before and after pics. i would also recommend following the diet for max results. enjoy. it will get easier as you go. stick with it.
