Multi-Vitamins and fish oil are very important. I used to get sick when I took vitamins, but I ALWAYS eat right before I take them. This will help. But if you are not taking supplements, I hope you are getting your nutrients in fresh fruits and veggies and lean proteins.

Years ago, I suffered from depression. I too was on meds. I was on Lexapro and Wellbutrin. They were not supposed to make me gain weight, only 3% of consumers gain weight, I guess I was part of that 3%. I set mine for 1# a week. I exercise 6 days a week and the number on the scale is not near as important as the way I feel. (it is nice to see the numbers go back down though). I just started MFP yesterday and with my workouts, I should always stay under with calories.
