Right now all I do is walk. I found someone I get along with really well at work. As soon as we get off work, we start walking. We do at least 5 miles, 2 - 3 times a week and it goes by fast. Make a habit of it and don't dread it. Just find something or try different things till you find an activity that you enjoy. Good…

My sister who is also on MFP had the same problem. One day at the grocery store, her fav cashier noticed her weight loss. Not too many have noticed mine. Maybe they will after my 20 pound mark. Either way, great job to all.

I did WW maybe 10 yrs ago and lost 20# on it. I am in my 50;s now and Tried it again a yr or two ago and couldn't stick with it. MFP has been much easier and I am much successful at it now.
