I would incorporate some now. Can't do a push up on the floor, so do them against the wall, then move to counter top, then to chair and before you know it you will be a push up on the floor. My Favorite is ZUMBA! I am trying to learn to run, but my feet keep stopping me, I must be doing something wrong. In past I have enjoyed resistance training, hope that is in my near future.

No all the ZUMBA videos on you tube are safe. Many are but you gotta be careful of your choosing and you HAVE to warm up first.
