I've read of these posts and they are very intersting... i have to say that I am terrified of upping my calories. I feel I gain weight eating 1300 calories. I am so scared to up them even more... whats a girl to do?

I am 5 ft 5 in... I weigh 149 lbs... I am a high school counselor so i do a combo of sitting and light walking during the day... the real job is when i get home and pick up after and cook for 2 toddlers. i would really like to know exactly how many calories for weight loss. i've been doing 1200 but i seem to stay the same.…

i do workout.. i've been doing the 30 dy shred level 3 and i also do yoga a few times a week. when i don't do the shred i usually walk. i do see a difference in tone in my abs & thighs.. but my problem is my hips. how do i get rid of that?

i know! the drinks kill me! with a full time job & 2 kids... i look forward to those glasses of wine. i actually have been drinking more of exactly what u suggested... skinny girls & vodka sodas... funny

i have started to bring a healthy option to bbq's w me... it does help. but the alcohol is still an issue... i love my wine

I waitressed for a loong time! In the begining I would snack on everything from fries to italian bread smeared with butter and dipped in sauce... I got pretty heavy living like that. doing hcg now... you're definitely hungry eating 500 calories. i'm not really sure what the drops do exactly... if u can tough it out for 4 weeks or so then try hcg again.
