  • I've done T-25. I like it. I just restarted Insanity yesterday (I completed it a few years ago). I have almost all the beachbody workouts (dvds and now I have the full online access). The only ones I've completed were insanity, t25, insanity max 30, 21df & 21dfx.
  • I'm starting tomorrow! This will be my second round. First round I lost 8 pounds 18 inches :)
  • I completed Insanity Max:30 last month. LOVED it! Month 2 is killer though.
  • One farm fresh egg, 1/3rd cup liquid egg whites "fried" in non stick spray. Sometimes with a slice of dry 7 sprouted grains toast.

  • Mine is open to friends. I try to eat mostly healthy and wouldn't mind some active friends to keep me accountable :) I usually chart a few days ahead that way I know what I am eating and what workouts I'm doing.
  • I've done the 21 Day Fix and the 21 day fix Extreme. I was already a pretty healthy eater anyhow, but it does help with portion control.   • Insanity was the first workout I completed. It gets better. Then month 2 comes along :) But it is so worth it!!
  • Just because it's liquid and calorie free doesn't mean it should automatically be counted as water intake. Diet Pop for example.
  • I'm 5'6" and weight 155. I'm a size 8 depending on the brand. At my smallest 137 I was a size 4 (and could fit some 2's)

  • Avocado and egg toast 2 oz. avocado 2 egg whites 1 whole egg slice of whole wheat toast I have it almost every morning. Some days I'll make a lighter calorie version and have it as a snack.

  • Well, you walk your dogs 6 times a day. That's exercise. Why not run with them 2-3 times a day and spend the time other 3 times you would be walking them doing T25 or something.   • I'm starting over as well. I lost about 35 pounds last year then gained almost all of it back from Oct-March. Starting over sucks but this time I'm determined to keep it off!
  • One day I had 2 glazed donuts for breakfast with a venti caramel brulee latte skipped lunch 4 square slices of bacon chicken ranch pizza for supper with 2 breadsticks 3 chocolate chip cookies for dessert I felt so sick! I had given myself a "cheat day" and haven't since.

  • I love Quest bars! When I crave a candy bar I eat one of those instead. My personal favorites are the Chocolate Brownie, Cookie Dough and the Chocolate peanut butter. I do find them very filling and usually only eat half at a time.
  • I eat small meals every couple hours. Keeps me from getting too hungry where I binge.
  • 3 foods I eat pretty much daily are Egg whites with Avocado Fage 0% greek yogurt, plain Salmon, wild caught with some lemon/pepper seasoning They help keep me feeling full and taste awesome :)
  • I did WW online. Didn't work for me. I can't do the whole points system thing. However though, my friend tried MFP after I told her about it and she didn't like it. She did better with WW and points. So what works for one may not work for another :)
  • Criminal Minds! LOVE it, except when I'm home alone because I'm a chicken lol.
  • 20 minutes for a 5k is really impressive. However, I don't think running a 5k (either on the treadmill or outside) and a 5k on an elliptical is the same thing. It's a 6:27 pace which isn't easy. Even some of the awesome runners I run with can't do that.
  • How do you log a lick or taste? Say I had a single bite of macaroni and cheese. How would that be logged?
  • If I remember correctly you asked for sneaky tips to get him to eat what you want him to eat. He's an adult. You can't make him eat what you want. If your the one who cooks dinner, just make it healthy. If he really wants to lose weight he will. You can't force him.
