  • I've been on the pill since I was 11. Never strictly because I was sexually active. It gave me regular manageable periods. I use a low dose hormone one now so I don't have major weight gain side effects. I've lost weight since being on it.
  • Try IIFYM instead of just a set calories count. It's hard for me to still think I can eat a cookie or ice cream or pizza versus a salad or no butter popcorn etc, but it might help you balance out your levels more.
  • I love Quest bars if I need a quick protein hit or snack as I'm running out the door. I recommend the brownie or the cookie dough and microwaving it for 10-15 secs MAX.   • I was 120 in 9th grade after working hard for two years to lose the weight from being 150. Now I'd like to be 150....haha actually my long term goal weight is about 140. So..7 years ago?
  • My weakness is Coldstone ice cream. I don't go often, but I let myself fully enjoy every bite because I deprive myself of a ton of other goodies for weeks.

  • It ends up being healthy for people who binge on cakes, cookies, candy, ice cream, and other high fat content foods. For those who eat veggies and a pretty lean diet it may not seem so healthy.
