most def. Try weighing yourself in the mourning after you get out of the shower.

What works for you is not going to work for everyone. As for your results on the higher calories congrats. But to really validate the change do the same thing for 2-3 weeks.

After my workouts I have some protein and a medium banana. After working out your body is most receiving of nutrients. It is really hard to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time unless you are a beginner. Eggs are wonderful after a workout because they are a fast digesting protein and fruits are great carbs for you. As…

A little bit of fat cant hurt you as long as you don't go way over your macros
-
I dont know what protein you have tried but I have not come across one I didn't like. Ive even had a protein in lemonade flavor.
-
sorry. I use lite mayo some salt, pepper, and a piece of american cheese. But id like to hear some good recipes

going over on protein is not as bad as going over on fats or carbs IMO but one breast usually 6 oz has 36 grams. Some times the database is wrong.

I like to stick with a program for at least 8 weeks. I have been on a high volume low frequency over the winter months. It was ok. But I find that I grow better on a high frequency low volume routine. Most naturals do. I tack my process using a binder with the 8 or so weeks of workouts and my weights I got. That way I can…

wasted on water. whats good?

if you are a true beginner you can build muscle and lose fat at the same time to an extent. But you did not post your stats so there is not much I can do.

alcohol stops your body from burning fat. I do not partake. Only on special occasions bout every 6 or so months.

Im in love with greek yogurt. blueberry is the best.

the specific carbs/proteins/fats ratios are all preference. I am on a 45/35/20 because I am a very active weight lifter, so my proteins are high. Each marco has a range that is considered the healthy amount . For example fat should be somewhere 20-30 percent of your total calorie intake. You can change the macros, but just…

Your comment is advertising a false conception about creatine monohydrate. Con-cret is wonderful stuff, but it is also some if not the most expensive creatine on the market.
-
Side effects? Like water retention? That is a good thing. Your muscles need water and protein to grow. If you have stomach issues with monohydrate you must not be drinking enough water or you are not buying a high grade german creatine. stay away from the Chinese cheep stuff IMO.

I ate a 14 oz steak, 2 sides of asparagus, and a baked potato. Fit in my calorie goals too.
-
I'm not sure on what brand you got but I am in love with Optimum Nutrition extreme milk chocolate. I usually mix mine with water. But when I'm feeling classy I will mix 1 scoop with 8oz of milk in my blender.

"Eating more calories, but gaining weight" more calories could be a caloric surplus which leads to weight gain. Try setting some goals and planning ahead.
-
I wouldn't say the type matters. Its just a tool to keep you focused. Whatever kind you find the most appealing
-
way agreed.

walmart has some nice ones. I do some p90x core on them with no issues. I think the thinner one is 10 and the thicker one is 20. good luck
