when did you weigh yourself? I always do it in to mourning before the shower around 9 hours after my last meal or piece of food. It is the most accurate time.

1.5 hours on the tread mill is bonkers. I only do a 5 min warm up followed by a 20 min jog and a 5 min cool down 2-3 times a week. As far as your split and upper/lower split would be good for you. A day set aside or 20 min a few times a week for core is a good idea. With that 4 min you could do a cool down stretch.

you should just take a rest. if the pain persists for over a week you might look into seeing a doctor. Most likely you just strained something. you should be all set after a week or so.

i stick with a 45 35 20 bulking and cutting. Seems to work for me. If your interested in retaining muscle you will have to cut down slowly.

4. Heavy weight, lower reps > low weight, high reps. That is all about personal goals and what the individual is trying to achieve. Not a guideline. IMO do the research yourself don take this information just how it sits.

I usually do 2-4 min between squats. I do a power lifting style set and reps for large compound movements like squats, deads, and bench. But allowing you body to recoup more is in your best interest.
