I track none. But I have found my maintenance level of calories for my workout split and i just manually adjust for extra activity. I can say that i am very in tune with my body and how it responds to exercise.

whats is your exercise like? sodium is not the issue. 3lbs in a week is not muscle. That kind of growth is imposable. could be some fat and some glycogen in you muscles(not a bad thing)

if you need convenient quick source of protein go for it. you body does not care where the protein comes from chicken, fish, nuts, milk, ect it all gets broken down into peptides and amino acids that repair tissue in your body.

there are so many different factors to take into consideration for your weight at night. Things like the food you ate the water you drank. I do weigh myself at night just as a "ok i should be around x and when i sleep i will lose x." It is more of a head game for me. But the only weights I record on mfp are the weekly…

I have a side road that is relatively flat. I warm up(stretching and a jog for 5 min or so) then I sprint to the end of the road, balls to the wall and then I walk back and repeat the process. I aim for 8-10 sprints on normal days. If I for some reason miss a leg workout that week I will do hill sprints(10-12). Really good…

Id start loging again, no more guess work and split the protein between 2-3 shakes a day. There are also sludge and oatmeal recipes you can eat it with if shakes gets boring.

I listen to everything. Depends on my mood. Ive even got everything from lady gaga,rihanna, and justin bieber to eminem, Meek Mill, and 2 Chainz. Dont hate.

i plan a mini meal. like a pp&j( wheat bread, natural peanut butter, sugar free jelly) and skim milk around an hour before bed. I find having something crunchie helps me through the tough times and for that I eat celery.

its a solid idea but the cardio should be low intensity like walking for 15-20 min. Dont kill yourself.
