I don't eat back my exercise calories simply because MFP overestimates it and I don't want to hinder myself. I don't tend to to any extreme exercise anyway, I'd only gain 300-500 cals back.

Personally I would weigh. You want to know if you've been logging accurately and if not it can be rectified before you make any more mistakes. I weigh once a day just because I HAVE to know! I work nights and work out when I get in in the morning. I add it to what would technically be the day before because in terms of my body clock its still the same day!

I've only lost 40lbs of my 85lbs goal and the first place I noticed the loss on was my boobs. Its really depressing as I was previously happy with them!

After a quick read through of replies it seems I'm the only one who prefers a shaven chest? I HATE any type of curly, pube-like, disgusting hair. I can deal with it in small amounts but when a guy has a full-grown carpet going on it makes me want to vomit.

Microgynon was bittersweet for me, it meant my periods were on time and much more painless, but my blood pressure and weight went through the roof after 5 years of taking it. My doctor took me off them because my BP and weight were too high, and within a week my BP had returned to a "normal" rate. I've since dropped 25lbs…

No I haven't, any particular type? And its not actually! Its a 5.30pm class but I work nights so I technically only eat my "breakfast" around 2-3pm

The thing that I've learned time and time again after my yo-yo dieting is that unless you really, truly, 100% want to lose the weight you wont.
