So tomorrow morning I have a team breakfast at a bagel shop. I can either get a yogurt granola parfait (12 oz) or a bagel of some sort. The parfait sounds better but actually probably has more calories. But eating a bagel seems so......wrong? What should i do?

There's a limited index of fresh string beans and i can't figure out what to log in. Basically I use either frozen or fresh string beans and fry them in a frying pan with oil and water and add pepper on them. How do I count that?

today's my birthday yay! but when mom cut a slice of cookie cake for me she cut a 5 X 4 inch slice of cookie cake with chocolate frosting along the edges. I don't feel good about this at all-- will it set me back? This says I'm 700 calories over my goal of 1200 calories... =[!

On several excersice references it says that you burn about 250 calories in just 1 hour! How is that possible? All you do is stand in a squatting position and (sometimes) make short sprints in the field. Does anyone know how accurate that information is?

try nature valley apple crisp granola bars, they're crunchy and really filling. In one pack theres 2 bars each 80 calories. They're delicious!

I'm going to this outdoor concert called bamboozle for about 8 hours in one day. If I'm just outside part wandering part walking part ...loitering (lol) how many calories do you think I will burn? A significant amount?

Why does chicken marsala have so many calories? Is it because of the gravy its in or the way its cooked? I usually scrape off the extra sauce so does it still mean that one 3oz piece is 300 calories? Oh and how many oz is a piece of chicken about 6.5 inches wide and 1cm thick?

I had a little breakfast and lunch today - banana and greek yogurt. So i had a lot of snack food and i ate an apple, 30 grapes, a pear, 10 baby carrots, and 2 nature valley granola bars. This added up to about 700 calories but 91 sugars! I have -94 sugars!! is this a bad thing??

So what is going on! I've been "dieting" for a good 3-4 months now and i've lost 13 pounds, but i've barely dropped a size. I started off as a size 11 and now i can BARELY squeeze into a 7. Am i doing anything wrong?

I have a trip to florida coming up soon and I have to wake up at 4:30 in the morning and probably won't get to sleep until around 10ish. That leaves enought time for 2 breakfasts and an extra couple of snacks. Is this a bad thing?

Hey everybody, well my birthday is coming up and every year I naturally pig out on cookie cake. I looked it up adn it says that 2 slices is 900 something calories----ridiculous! Is it okay if I have it though? And how many calories would it take to gain 1 pound back?

I just went to the cheesecake factory and got a simple tossed salad with lettuce tomatoes carrots beats and cucumbers. It was a large bowl size, but I can't seem to find out accurately how much it was. How many calories is a tossed salad usually?

I just had a large (like large large) salad for dinner with grilled chicken. The salad was mostly made of iceberg lettuce. If it was large enough to fill up a large serving bowl (or popcorn bowl), how many cups of lettuce were in it?

I just bought Quaker granola bars with 100 calories. Even though they are flavors like peanut butter and chocolate....are they still nutritious and an okay substitute for say a banana?

Today i had the norm-- cereal, apple, yogurt, turkey wrap, chicken salad.....but then its daddy's birthday and they brought out the chocolate peanut butter cake. I had one slice adn believe i went over my calories by 300. Should i feel guilty about it and will it be a setback?
