Not a recipe..but such a yummy combo if you have some calories left! 1 vita brownie 1 serving of a no sugar added ice cream 1 tbsp of smuckers sugar free hot fudge syrup a dab of cool whip free put it in a little cup ice cream sundae! all for around 250 calories!

i thought they would be a good substitute, but they smell like raw fish and made me almost vomit when I tried to eat them. It felt like i was eating fish strings, yuck.

Thanks guys. The only thing is that the saving the calories part is what got me into that mess. I thought that i should eat the extra calories to maintain my weight and i just started eating more because i could until I would go over my calorie limit by sometimes 1000. I'm not even really hungry

I'm having the same questions... I'm 5'6 and 125 pounds but I still feel very chubby and flabby. I'm not sure if i should keep losing weight or start toning up. I thought you have to lose the fat over your muscles to be smaller and toned so I'm too confused

Thanks! I find that v8 juices run high in carbs and sugars which is why i like the nutrilite protein shakes... is there an alternative snack that is under 10 carbs and under 10 grams of sugar? And what is a good substitute for the nature valley granola bars?
