This is very helpful... I wasnt quite sure what i should do before! Over the summer i was on swim team, and burned about 800 calories a day. I never ate back any of the calories, and even ate under what MFP suggested as my calorie intake. Its no wonder i completely failed and almost puked at my championship match! Thanks…

Im 5'6", but im not actually trying to lose weight. This is my "goal" so i can share with my friend. Ive never had a hard time with weight, im into a lot of sportsand so i burn a lot of what i eat, no matter what it is And thanks kimnor :)

Im totally in for this! My abs are nothing to be proud of, i can hard.y hold a plank for asimple minute. I want to be able to hold it for atleast five... And maybe have a flatter stomache along the way. Id love to compare plank progress (:
