  • I typically stay away from whey protein powders. I find that brown rice protein powders work best for me. I use Nutribiotic Brown Rice protein powder in Vanilla.   • I have the same problem at times. It could be a combination of foods you're eating that day or high-impact exercises. I typically consider running to be high-impact.
