Running can kill you and injure you as well and yet millions of people participate. Hmmm, go figure. Seriously, health_gal...go away.

Do you seriously have nothing better to do? Nobody said it's the Holy Grail. Those of us who do it, like it. There is also NOTHING to be gained by joining a gym if that's not something that is going to keep you coming back to workout. I HATE big box gyms. They're not for me but I'm certainly not going to bash them because…

The crossfit where I go is small enough that I also get personal, individual attention and my classes run me about $10/class with no long term committment. Huh, go figure. You've been bashing crossfit for a year on here...don't you have anything better to do? Crossfit is not for everyone. Running is not for everyone. Zumba…

Maybe some people enjoy the type of workout that CrossFit provides. And, any good Crossfit box can help you get in shape by assisting you with modifications. I have to scale a lot but that doesn't mean that I feel like I'm at the bottom struggling to catch up. I don't belong to nor will I ever join a typical, big box gym…

Thank you and EXACTLY! My box is awesome and not all that different from bootcamp style classes I've been to where they push you in a certain amount of time as well. For every bad box, there's a bad personal trainer or a bad gym. Crossfit isn't for everyone just like running isn't for everyone or heavy lifting isn't for…

I agree with this but it's not even so much about knowing (or learning) how to manage the calories without the exercise although, honestly, I couldn't imagine trying to lose the weight on diet alone because I do love to eat. For me, it's more that I truly do love to work out and I just feel guilty when I take the day off.…

Ignore the ex husband...this was about 4 years ago and 20lbs lighter.

I need to take this advice. Not only do I weigh every single day, I weigh multiple times a day!! I need to start measuring myself instead because I can tell a difference in the way my clothes fit but the scale still screams 'FATTY' to me! You look fabulous and the difference is awesome! Keep it up!!

You look freaking phenomenal!

Mine are also due to my kids' names. Lulu is the nickname of my daughter, Lindsey and Dee used to be a nickname for my other daughter.

Before bed: 2 ibuprofen, 1 chewable vitamin C and 1 multi vitamin taken with a glass of water If I wake up hungover, my go to remedy is McDonald's. One large coke with no ice and a sausage cheese mcgriddle.

Yeah, my knees bothered me after I completed 30DS and now, I'm onto Ripped in 30 and my knees are killing me! I just completed level 1, yesterday was my rest day and I'm thinking about taking another rest day because my knees are that sore and achey. I'm going to ice my knees today, while I'm working and see if that helps.

My cats used to do this and would come running when I opened a new gallon of milk.

I have a third nipple. Totally weird and it looks like a mole but, nope, it's a nipple and was confirmed by a doctor.

I grew up outside Washington, DC, in the Virginia suburbs but live outside of Atlanta, Georgia, now.

I think my divorce taught me a lot more than my marriage. I agree that you need to do what's right for you. I'm really scared to death to get back out there and have been on a couple of dating sites but gave up on that route. I just wasn't having any luck with it. I'm pretty much hoping Mr. Perfect will just walk…

Definitely give yourself some time and enjoy being single! I left my ex husband almost 2 years ago but our divorce was just final this month. We have 2 kids and things got nasty, unfortunately. We are, thankfully, in a much better place but I'm definitely enjoying being single. Do I miss having a man around? Definitely. Do…

Good luck! I just finished week 1! It's awesome and so freaking hard at the same time. I love it!

I actually (amazingly) got down to a size 2 a couple of years ago. Calvin Kleins to be exact. I am 5'6" and was 130lbs at the time but now, at 162lbs I'm size 8. I think, when I fit into the size 2's, I was a little too skinny but I was definitely fit and worked out all the time.

I  this as well!

The favorite amongst my girlfriends is hooker. lol

Pomegranite Chobani is my favorite! I love it!

Unfortunately, it's just not possible for me to cycle in at any point in my commute. I have to be home at a certain time to get the kiddos off the bus or from the sitter and it just wouldn't work with my schedule. In my case, it would make much more sense to trade my gas guzzler in for something economical. Right now, I…

I wish I could invest in a bike for transportation. My commute, to and from work, is 28 miles each way, on the interstate. No way can I ride a bike. also, I'm a single mom so it's not very practical for getting the kids around. I'm hoping to trade my car in on a hyundai that gets around 40mpg and takes regular unleaded.…

I have to put premium in my stupid car so I'm paying about $3.89/gallon and I know it's just going to continue to go up.
-
Well, you definitely appear to have a nice rack, then. :blushing:
-
2001 Pontiac Bonneville SSEI. It's actually a really fast, fun car to drive but it only gets 18mpg and only takes premium gas. I'm seriously considering trading it in on a Hyundai but I really don't want a car payment.

Try having 2 girls in girl scouts and approximately 250 cookies in your house at one time. Luckily, most of them are gone now but I did order some to keep as well and let's just say these damn cookies are going to be the death of me. This is exactly why I don't buy sweets or chips. If I just keep healthy food in my house,…
