feeling guilty about days off
I know that it's good for your body to rest and repair but I always feel so guilty when I take a day off of my regular routine. It's not even like I've sat on my rear all day doing nothing, I just didn't do my Ripped in 30 or jump on the treadmill. Anyone else as neurotic as me?

Trying to think positive
Hello everyone! I'm new here but had success on WW a few years ago where I lost 40lbs. Went from 175lbs to 133lbs, had a tummy tuck and then started packing the pounds back on.
