You're better off doing it on your own.. slow & steady is the way to go. You can buy protein whey powder from any grocery store and prepare your own smoothies with a good blender. In my experience.. I did both Herbalife and Isagenix.. these products work good & fast! The only down fall is that you have to continue to buy…

I LOVE it!!! I stir in a little olive oil, lime & basil to make a sauce for my salmon. I also use it instead of mayo when making chicken salad.. I have come across a ton of recipes on here, including Greek Yogurt Cheesecake Mini's (which is amazing)! I feel that the possibilities are endless with Greek Yogurt! :bigsmile:
