Hi Mercenary, I'm usually ok but it just seems to be today. I'm wondering if its because I had 1200 cals yesterday and my body is actually hungry rather than it being my head. Thursdays are a long day up at 6am out the door at 7am and back home for 9.30 pm. So maybe I should look at that. L x

I cant go for a run later as I am at college, in the back of my head I know I have to make my calories last today. I ate a biscuit yesterday and did better in the gym, i'm convinced the extra sugar helped me :) x

Hi Kristy, I weigh myself first thing in my birthday suit to minimise variables BUT since I am a good girl through the week and treat myself more at a weekend I wil weigh in on a Friday or Saturday morning. I may go for Saturday actually :) Thank you for the tips! LauraLoo xx

Hi hun the 1250 is the recommend amount of calories before your work outs. Why dont you try putting in an average of what you would work out because that will then give you extra calories.
