Well, come to find out, I should not rely on my memory, especially after just one week. It seems I've eaten 7 oz of protein when I should have eaten 6 oz when I should have eaten five. I'll know this afternoon just how much damage I've done.

I sometimes make a quinoa salad -- high in protien, not high in calories, eat a cup of black beans (seasoned w/out pork or bacon), or soup.
