I definatley don't change my bra everyday that would be a nightmare! xx

i think foxy by valentines is a great idea! I stayed the same but i think some of the that is water weight around my muscles! I'm going to weigh next friday, like you say see the damage :) xxxxxx

I think cheat days do work for some people, if i crave something i have it after weigh day on friday and then i have a week to lose any weight i have because of it and it works fine for me but i know others dont like them :) xxx

If you cant forget the diet for a couple of days at christmas when can you!!! :D bring it on i say! xx

Totally agree here!!!! I am doing my fitness dvd everyday and keep on with my water and i am trying to be good with my food this week so i can just enjoy christmas! Andrea i think the discussion board would be good, maybe still weigh every friday because i know it helps me with that target and it has helped others too.…

Like you i met my boyfriend on a dating site :D we lived so close to eachother so we met up half way and took it from there, we have been together 2 years 5 months :D xxxx

Good morning all, How was everyone's weekend? So we have 6 days until christmas day! 4 days until our last weigh day for this challenge :D Make every day count don't give upt hinkin theres no point close to christmas! There is you could get one last pound off before the festivities, thats what i plan to do! :D xxxxxx

yay glad your back for the last week!! :D My challenge is going to be eat fruit after every meal. I liked that one i think it helps the hunger stay away for longer xxxx

I have a couple more presents to wrap which i will do this weekend and then i am ready :D :D xxxxx

I hit the 160's today which means i am in the healthy range of my BMI again :D (shrunk a few inches which means i was classed as overweight) 1 more pound to go and i will get to 12 stone which was my christmas goal! :D xxxxx

Mine probably isn't the best if you are going to be very good but mine is have anything i want christmas eve, day and boxing day then be good with exercise and stricter up until New Years Eve then enjoy myself and back to it New Years Day xxxxx

I love my black lab smudge because he has such a great personality, he makes me laugh with the noises he makes and even though he is an old dog now and has hip problems he still goes round like he's a pup :D

Definatley, i want to lose 1 more pound this week then i will get to my christmas goal of 12 stone :) xxxxx

Take control of things you can control because i may help when something crops up that you have no control over. I learnt this when i had pre-cancerous cells. there was nothing i could do apart from go to my appointments and that scared me that i wasn't in control. So not long after i took control of my weight problem xxx

I think we will all be determined again then after seeing the scales after christmas :P xxxx

Thanks hun, there are things thorough the year we could do. Valentines, easter, summer holidays then we are back to halloween and christmas lol xxxx
