I upped my calories as i have plateaued too, it worked for me, it can take about a month for your body to get used to it so please don't get disheartened its just your are fuelling your body more now, which is a good thing as under 1200 isn't healthy. Keep at it i'm sure you will get there, a lot of people have lost weight…

i have started eating a lot higher calories and feel so much better for it. Last week i finally broke my plateau and lost 2lbs too!! xxx

Don't feel that way! I'm 5 foot 9 and 168lbs and pretty happy with myself, im a size 8-10 on top and a 14 on bottom (UK size) Im pleased for everyone thats in the 150 but its not for everyone, i would look ill if got down there! x

Hey i am 5 foot 9 and my aim is around 161lbs, im 168lbs at the moment and the doctor said coz of my height and build i won't be able to lose much more, if i do i think i will need to eat a sandwich! lol xxxx

Well i have a booked call the carb lovers diet and they have recipes in there. Yesterday i tried curried egg sandwiches, it used yogurt so tasted very wierd!!
