I am (well have been) a steel buyer/planner for a manufacturing company - until 4 weeks ago The company did a "reduction in force -RIF" - and I was one that got let go - downsized by 20 people. Hopefully will find another job soon.

Biggest Loser Boot camp is really good - I also love Tae Bo Amped series... I have beend doing the Air Climber this week - it's a good work out too .. I also have a very very good workout by Mitch Gaylord - Perfect 10 - wow - it looked generic when I bought it - but it really will kick your butt...

I just went there - said I should eat 1515 ca/day to lose 2 pounds per week and drink 12.5 glasses of water/day - that is with doing 30 min low impact aerobics/day

I just joined yesterday - and use the calorie's they give me - so far working good - I exercise at home using DVD's - trying to do 30-45 min. 4-5 days/week
